FASHION designer Liza Emanuele launched her Clipsal 500 Grid Girl uniform design this week.
It is the Adelaide-based designer's second year designing the uniforms and she says that this year she used high energy, fast fashion and rock’n’roll as her muse.
“I took inspiration from adrenaline pumping motor racing meets rock chic to create this year’s look and I love it!” she said.
Clipsal 500 CEO, Mark Warren said the Clipsal 500 Grid Girls are renowned for the glitz and glamour they bring as promotional ambassadors for the event and they’re sure to be a popular again in 2015 when they hit the track in their stylish new outfits.
“We took a significant step forward last year with our appointment of Liza and she’s raised the bar again with her fresh new fashion inspired designs,” he said.
The tailored uniforms are designed and produced in South Australia.
